Cosmos Pizza

“We started our restaurant in 2001. We called Boulder Phone as our telephone equipment was out of date and obsolete.  We also needed a lot of wiring.  Boulder Phone organized our cabling which is now nice and organized.  Boulder Phone installed new telephones and added telephone features such as call forwarding, as it is not uncommon for customer to call wrong store so now we can easily transfer calls.  The telephone system is integrated with our POS (point of sale) system which uses caller ID to determine who called with our computer system.  This new system allows us to provide better customer service through integration with our customer database.  We have separate telephone systems at each location to insure against system outage.  Now, if we have a problem at anytime with our telephones, communications and wiring we can rely upon Boulder Phone which is way easier to work with than other provider. We like Boulder Phone’s same-day service and will call Boulder Phone first as other providers end up with finger-pointing.  Boulder Phone provides also a fair price as well.”
